01 General Introduction and Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the 8e88 platform and all services provided under it. "Platform" refers to 8e88's website, mobile application and all related digital services.

By opening an account on the 8e88 platform or starting to use any of its services, you are considered to have fully read, understood and agreed to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

8e88 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms take effect from the date they are published. It is each member's responsibility to review this page regularly.

02 Eligibility and Age Requirement

To register on the 8e88 platform and use any service (casino, sports betting, live games), a member must be at least 21 years of age. We take a strict stance against underage gambling.

• Age information provided at registration must be accurate.
• If proof of age is requested during the verification process, the member must provide it.
• Accounts identified as belonging to underage individuals will be closed immediately and the associated balance may be forfeited.
• Allowing an underage person to play using your own account is strictly prohibited.

03 Account Registration and Verification

Each individual may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, all of them will be closed and any bonuses and winnings earned may be cancelled.

3.1 Providing accurate information at registration

At registration, members must provide true, complete and up-to-date information — including name, date of birth, mobile number and email address. 8e88 reserves the right to close any account opened with false information at any time.

3.2 Identity verification

For security purposes and to comply with applicable regulations, 8e88 may request to verify a member's identity at any time. A copy of a national ID card or passport may be required. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

3.3 Account security

It is the member's own responsibility to keep their account password and login details confidential. If anyone suspects that unauthorised access to their account has occurred, they must notify our support team immediately.

04 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

8e88 supports deposits and withdrawals through the mobile banking methods available in Bangladesh. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank and BRAC Bank).

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 (per method).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 5–30 minutes.
• Using the same payment method for withdrawal is not mandatory, but identity verification may be required.
• Deposited funds may only be withdrawn to the account from which the deposit was made or to a verified account.

05 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

The 8e88 platform offers various bonuses. Each bonus has its own terms, and failure to comply with them may result in the bonus and related winnings being cancelled.

5.1 Welcome bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a balance of ৳2,200; before withdrawing, ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000 must be wagered.

5.2 Regular promotions

Beyond this, there are regular promotions including weekly reload bonuses, slot-specific offers and cricket betting bonuses. The terms of each promotion are detailed on that promotion's page.

5.3 General bonus rules

• Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time unless specifically permitted.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until wagering is complete.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, 8e88 reserves the right to investigate the account.
• Attempting to claim bonuses using multiple accounts or a VPN may result in permanent account closure.

06 Responsible Gaming Policy

• Members may request to set their own daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 8e88 platform:

• Attempting to access another member's account.
• Deliberately exploiting any vulnerability or technical flaw in the platform.
• Attempting to access from a restricted region using a VPN or proxy.

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, and the balance may be forfeited.

08 Privacy and Data Protection

09 VIP Program and Special Benefits

8e88's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Each tier includes a weekly cashback benefit, calculated at a set rate on that week's net losses.

For example: if a Gold tier member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a given week, the maximum cashback will be ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100.

• Cashback is automatically credited to the account at the end of each week.
• VIP tier progression depends on the member's overall activity.
• VIP benefits apply to active members only.
• 8e88 reserves the right to modify the terms of the VIP program at any time.

10 Technical Issues and Dispute Resolution

8e88 will not be held liable for losses caused by any technical error or interruption on the platform. However, bets or transactions affected by technical issues will be reviewed and may be cancelled if necessary.

10.1 Filing a complaint

10.2 Final decision

In any dispute, the decision of 8e88 management will be considered final. However, all reasonable steps will be taken to protect the member's interests.

11 Account Closure and Suspension

8e88 may suspend or close a member's account for any of the following reasons:

• Violating any provision of these Terms.
• Registering with false information.
• Involvement in fraudulent or deceptive activities.
• Account remaining inactive for an extended period (prior notice will be given).
• The member themselves requesting account closure.

Members may also request account closure at any time. In that case, they will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance.

12 Limitation of Liability

Services on the 8e88 platform are provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 8e88 will not be liable for any direct or indirect losses — including loss of income, data loss or business losses.

The member is solely responsible for any financial loss arising from their betting or gaming. Gambling always carries financial risk and members must remain aware of this.
